About the Opportunity

We're building a pipeline of Family Practice Physicians for growing opportunities in Kingman, Arizona and the surrounding region, one of Arizona's designated Health Professional Shortage Areas. If you're finishing residency in the next several months, or recently completed your training, we want to hear from you, even if the right opening isn't live yet.

This is an early conversation, not a hard sell. Burgundy Recruitment works with practices and health systems in the Kingman area who are actively looking to bring on new physicians as roles open, and we pride ourselves on building relationships with strong candidates ahead of time.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current residents in Family Medicine, on track to complete training within the next 6 to 12 months

  • Recently graduated Family Practice physicians (MD or DO), Board Eligible or Board Certified

  • Open to relocating to Arizona; you don't need to be based here now, we work with candidates nationwide

  • Genuine interest in outpatient, community based, or semi rural primary care

  • Comfortable providing broad-scope, continuity-based care across all ages in a smaller team setting

  • Valid or eligible DEA registration

  • Please specify if you are currently a J-1 visa holder and require sponsorship
